You will support **Glovo** not only in the day-to-day activities most closely related to the business (such as **negotiating contracts** and **providing all-round advice**) but also through **regulatory complexities**, ensuring **compliance** and **enabling innovation**, making sure **corporate matters** are properly handled as well as **litigations**. You will get to address challenges such as **evolving laws**, **competition issues**, **labor** and **data privacy**, while defining **legal frameworks** that support growth. This role requires legal expertise, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset.

**THE JOURNEY**
- **Support Glovo in day-to-day business activities**, including contract negotiation and providing comprehensive legal advice.
- **Navigate regulatory complexities**, ensuring compliance and enabling business innovation.
- **Manage corporate matters and litigations**, while defining legal frameworks that support sustainable growth.
- **Address evolving legal landscapes**, including competition, labor, and data privacy issues.
- **Collaborate closely with the local Moroccan team and the HQ legal team** to provide qualitative and timely legal support.
- **Drive the expansion of the role's scope** within Morocco as the company continues to grow.
- **5 to 7 years** of **relevant experience**, with a background in legal departments of reputable companies or top-tier law firms.
- **Strong** grounding in **commercial law**, **consumer law**, and **antitrust/competition law**.
- Proven experience in managing **corporate governance** and **matters**.
- Tangible experience in **managing litigations** and **amicable settlements**.
- **Excellent English**, **Arabic**, and **French** (Native/Fluent).
- **Adaptability** to a fast-paced environment like Glovo.
- Ability to **organize** and **prioritize effectively**.
- **Entrepreneurial spirit**, high energy, and ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments effectively.
