These terms govern your use of RemoteDevWork (RemoteDevWork), operated by Dylan Auty, based in South Africa. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

RemoteDevWork is a job board that collects and classifies job listings that companies publish through their own public applicant-tracking systems. We are not the employer and we are not a recruitment agency. We do not manage applications and we cannot influence hiring decisions.

Accuracy of listings

Listings and any classifications (freshness, remote scope, technology, competition, salary estimates) are provided "as is", drawn from third-party sources and automated analysis. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always verify details and the original source before applying. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on a listing.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and password. Provide accurate information, keep it secure, and use the site lawfully. You may delete your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, republish or resell our data except through the access we provide.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, or abuse reports and alerts.
• Do not use the site to post or request anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

Featured listings (employers)

• Featured placements are sold for a fixed number of days at the price shown, payable via PayPal.
• We may reject, pause or remove an advert that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or off-topic, and refund at our discretion.
• Adverts are labelled as "Sponsored" and shown only within the targeting you select.
• A featured listing is an advert, not a guarantee of applicants, placements or results.

Third-party links

Listings link to employers' own websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Intellectual property

The site design, code and original written content belong to Dylan Auty. Job listing text belongs to the source employer. You keep ownership of the data you enter.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Dylan Auty is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of the Republic of South Africa have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
